Linear guides (linear motion rails) carry the straight-line motion of a machine. Shiyi Automation supplies the full HIWIN (Taiwan) and MOSIONX linear guide ranges, with selection, stock and technical support.

1. Series selection

MG	Miniature guide	Semiconductor, medical, optics
RG	Roller guide, ultra-high rigidity	Heavy cutting, high-rigidity duty

2. Accuracy grades

Normal C: general automation, conveyors
High H: standard CNC machines, inspection equipment
Precision P: precision machine tools, semiconductor equipment

Choose the grade by the machine's positioning requirement, the mounting surface accuracy, and the speed/load.

3. Selection checklist

Pick rail width by load: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 45 mm
Pick high-profile or low-profile by available installation space
Pick accuracy grade C / H / P
Pick sealing: scraper / dust band by the protection need
Pick lubrication: grease nipple or self-lubricating block
